Getting listed takes two simple steps:
Register and complete your profile.
This guide walks you through everything.
Create your account in just a few minutes.
1. Registration
First, create your account on the registration page. Register as a service provider or as a family, depending on whether you offer services or are looking for help.
2. Complete your profile
Enter the essential information so others understand who you are and what you need. To appear on the website, complete your profile and set its visibility to public.
3. Make your profile visible
A visible profile makes it more likely that families will choose you directly, without an agency.
Once you have completed your profile, set its visibility to public on the My Account page.
As a service provider, you can appear on the website for 30 days from registration without a bank card or subscription. After the 30-day free period, you need an active profile subscription to remain visible.
For family profiles to appear, the profile must be complete and its visibility set to public. Listing is completely free for 10 days.
4. Unlock contact details
If your profile is visible, users can request your contact details directly, and we will notify you by email.
